About Me
At the heart of everything I create and offer is a simple intention: to help you find your way home to yourself.
My own journey has been one of learning to slow down, listen inward, trust my intuition, and reconnect with parts of myself that had become quiet along the way. It hasn't always been a clear or easy path. There have been moments of uncertainty, questioning, and learning to let go of what no longer felt true to me. And somewhere within that unfolding, I've come to understand that reconnecting with ourselves isn't about having all the answers. It's about learning to trust what we feel, honoring where we are, and allowing ourselves to grow.
Nature has been an important part of that journey. I've found something deeply grounding in working with plants, creating intentional rituals, and remembering that self-care doesn't have to be complicated to be meaningful. Sometimes it's as simple as preparing a cup of tea, taking a quiet moment for yourself, or reconnecting with the natural rhythms of life.
Over time, my path has also led me deeper into Light Language, energy healing, and intuitive guidance. These practices have become meaningful expressions of how I connect, create, and hold space for others.
Through Renew & Awaken, I bring these parts of my life together. Whether we're connecting through an energy healing session, Light Language, or I'm creating a custom tea blend, body oil, or anointing oil just for you, each offering comes from a place of care, intention, and respect for your individual journey.
I believe the plants we work with have their own wisdom to share, and that the rituals we create around them can help bring us back into relationship with ourselves. I also believe that healing and growth aren't always about changing who we are. Sometimes they're about gently remembering what has been within us all along.
Renew & Awaken has grown from my own unfolding journey and a genuine desire to share the practices, connections, and experiences that have become meaningful in my life.
My hope is that whatever brings you here, you find something that helps you feel more connected, more supported, and more at home within yourself.
