Golden Hour Sundown Formula

This is the blend that started it all and was created with my youngest son. When mixed with liquid of choice, it becomes a vibrant golden yellow color that immediately brightens your day. The warming spices and restorative adaptogens put the mind and body at ease. Made with only organic ingredients from trusted suppliers. 

Turmeric - powerful antioxidant that may support a healthy inflammatory response, reduced joint pain, and healthy digestion, while also potentially providing anti-microbial and anti-bactorial properties.

Spices- cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, clove and cardamom. Provides a high antioxidant profile with each individual spice offering their own health benefits. 

Vanilla bean powder- may support overall mental wellbeing, cardiovascular, skin, and hair health, while adding a wonderful taste and an antioxidant boost.

Coconut cream powder- silky, smooth, and nutrient dense. High in lauric acid and rich in MCT fatty acids.

Reishi mushroom- referred to as the mushroom of immortality by Ancient Chinese text. Has been used for thousands of years for its anti-inflammatory properties, support to brain health immunity, and stress reduction. 

Ashwagandha- may support healthy cognitive function and an improved overall stress response while moving through the ebbs and flows of life. High in flavinoids and antioxidants. Said to provide “the stamina of a horse” because of its rejuvenation effect on the endocrine system.
