I suggest you be in a quiet comfortable space during the time of the healing. You will receive a voice memo or email with a summary of what I witnessed and felt during your session including energetic impressions, intuitive messages, and gentle guidance to support your integration. This session is a beautiful energetic touch in between deeper sessions or anytime your heart feels heavy, your energy scattered, or your body is tired.
