These sessions are a sacred invitation to reconnect with the living intelligence within you. Listening deeply to the consciousness of plants, I identify the herbal allies uniquely suited to support your body, mind, heart, and spirit in this season of your life. Each plant carries its own wisdom, frequency, and medicine, offering gentle guidance that meets you where you are. 

Together, we create a space to slow down, listen deeply, and uncover the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and energetic imprints that may be keeping you disconnected from your natural vitality. Drawing upon intuitive guidance, herbal wisdom, energy healing, light language, ancestral support, and the intelligence of Gaia, each session unfolds uniquely-guided by what is ready to be seen, released, and remembered. This is not about fixing. It is about the remembrance of wholeness, wisdom, and the innate healing intelligence that lives within. 

The sessions are designed for those who are ready to make a wholehearted commitment to transformation. We begin with a 15-minute consultation, where we explore your intentions and determine whether we are the right fit to work together. Based on intuitive guidance and your unique needs, I recommend the number of sessions along with beautiful plant allies that will best support your journey. Because this work is cumulative and unfolds over time, commitment to the full process is required to begin. 

All sessions are held live via Zoom, allowing us to work together wherever you are in the world. To deepen your experience, you may choose to receive a thoughtfully curated package of your personalized herbal allies before we begin for an additional discounted fee. You are also welcome to source the recommended herbs yourself using the guidance I provide. These plant allies become companions throughout your journey, supporting the integration of each session long after we connect.
