Rose Beauty Elixir

This beautiful blend is a favorite of mine. I love working with rose because of its numerous benefits. It is a heart opener along with its high antioxidant concentration. I blended this with coconut cream powder, cardamom, vanilla, shatavari and tremella mushroom. I love to blend this alone with almond milk and honey or add it as an addition to my coffee or matcha. All organic ingredients from trusted suppliers.

Rose- may support mental, physical and spiritual health. High is antioxidants supporting cardiovascular health and skin health while providing anti-aging properties bringing overall balance to the body. 

Coconut cream powder- silky, smooth, and nutrient dense. High in lauric acid and rich in MCT fatty acids.

Vanilla bean powder- may support overall mental wellbeing, cardiovascular, skin, and hair health, while adding a wonderful taste and an antioxidant boost.

Cardamom- a fragrant spice that may support digestion, oral health, a balanced blood sugar, and overall respiratory health. 

Shatavari- this is an adaptogenic herb that is part of the asparagus family. It is a staple in Ayurveda and is known to bring vitality, or ojas, to the body. It is known for its abundant benefits including the potential reduction of free radical damage to skin, antioxidant properties, helps with inflammation, balance hormones and may reduce depression. 

Tremella mushroom- considered the “beauty mushroom.” Helps improve levels of hyaluronic acid in the body, improving texture of skin and aiding in moisture retention.
